ROUTEX B.V. takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations.

Keep in mind that data transmission over the Internet can be subject to security risks. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.

Since ROUTEX B.V. itself is not an operational company, we only process customer data in exceptional cases. We process your personal data only when you contact one of our Alliance Partners using the contact form on this website or when you send us an e-mail to one of our e-mail accounts. This processing takes place to fulfil your enquiries and to respond to your contact requests.

We collect and store the following personal data:

  • your name
  • the contact details you provide us with when contacting us
  • the time when you contacted us

If you use the contact form provided on this website, we will forward your request including the personal data disclosed via our systems to the members of the ROUTEX Network Alliance according to your selection. We store your data for three months in order to be able to provide you with information in the event of queries. After three months, your personal data, which we have received in this way, will be finally deleted from our operational systems. For technical reasons, it cannot be ruled out that this data may nevertheless be retained in archive copies. If you use the contact form, you will not receive any email from Routex B.V. except the confirmation email that your request has been forwarded, unless you expressly request it.

If you send us an e-mail we will keep your personal data for at least seven years if there is no legal obligation for a longer storage or if our justified interests require to do so.

Web Access Data

When you access our website, our providers, iS-Fun Internet Services GmbH, Badhausweg 8, 76307 Karlsbad, Germany, info@is-fun.de,  and WIGeoGIS Softwareerstellungs- und Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H., Hansalgasse 3, 1030 Vienna, Austria, vie@wigeogis.com, collect data about access to the site and save these as “server log files”. The following data is logged in this way:

  • Visited pages
  • Time at the time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you came to the page
  • Your IP address
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used

The data collected is used solely for statistical evaluations and to improve the website. However, the website providers reserve the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use. The server log files are kept for three months to allow technical protection of our website.

Google Analytics

This website uses the “Google Analytics” service, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) for analysis of website usage by users. The service uses “cookies” – text files which are stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is used on this website. The IP address of users within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area will be reduced. This reduction eliminates the personal reference to your IP address.
