To use our website, it is not compulsary to provide personal or company-related data. Personal or company-related data are only necessary to enable us to forward your requests to the Participants of the ROUTEX Network Alliance. These companies need the requested data in order to respond to your enquiry. Neither ROUTEX B.V. nor HPW Marketing Solutions GmbH have access to these data and as a consequence these two companies do not store these data. The two companies mentioned do not have information in which way the recipients of your enquiry process, store or forward your data. When you use this website data about your operating system, your browser, your IP-adress in an anonymized format, the websites that you used immediately before your visit on our site (Referrer-URL) as well as the time of your visit are tracked for statistical reasons. We collect these data exclusively for statistical purposes which help us to further optimize our internet presence. We reserve the right to use these data in case of system abuse to investigate the causes and the origin of the abuse.

Personal and company related data are processed by us or our providers according to the legal requirements and under the jurisdiction of Austria.

Data transmission to 3rd parties

Never, except in the case of forwarding your enquiry, we transfer data to third parties. We will provide information to authorities or other government institutions only within the legal requirements or court orders.
