ROUTEX B.V. takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations.
Keep in mind that data transmission over the Internet can be subject to security risks. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
Since ROUTEX B.V. itself is not an operational company, we only process customer data in exceptional cases. We process your personal data when you contact one of our Alliance Partners using the contact form on this website or when you send us an e-mail to one of our e-mail accounts. This processing takes place to fulfil your enquiries and to respond to your contact requests.
We collect and store the following personal data:

If you use the contact form, we will forward your request including the personal data disclosed via our systems to the members of the ROUTEX Network Alliance as selected by you. We store your data for three months in order to be able to provide you with information in the event of queries. After that your personal data, which we have received in this way, will be finally deleted from our systems. For technical reasons, it cannot be ruled out that this data may nevertheless be retained in archive copies. If you use the contact form, you will not receive any email except the confirmation email that your request has been forwarded, unless you expressly request it.
If you send us an e-mail we will keep your personal data for at least seven years if there is no legal obligation for a longer storage or if our justified interests require to do so.
