All services acquired through use of the ROUTEX card are conveniently shown on invoices or debit notes provided by the card issuing Participant. To assist with VAT reclaim all invoices are produced in the currency of the supplying country and are backed up with a statement in the Customer’s own currency. These documents contain all transactions for the previous period, providing the fleet manager total control over his on-road costs.

To provide for different personal requirements, a ROUTEX Customers can chose between six different service levels, determining what kind of products users of the card can purchase.
